1.00pm Item and Price Synchronization using EANnet: The GS1 Australia Experience
EANnet is one of the most advanced data pools with >500,000 GTINS and 60,000 images loaded by the 850 Australian and New Zealand companies that have registered to synchronise item and price data. EANnet is the endorsed National Product Catalogue for the healthcare sector and also facilitates the provision of Goods and Services Tax information to the Australian Government.

  • Identify potential pilot implementations between selected AP Region GXS powered Data Pools including GS1 HK/China, GS1 Korea, GS1 Taiwan, GS1 Australia.


  • Identify the detailed steps required to successfully complete a pilot, confirm likely functionality available in GXS DPM data pool platform in required timeframes, confirm resources required etc

    This will require support and guidance from GXS (Chrys VanTine)


  • Select the pilots that would be included in the AP Region GDSN Roll-out Program, scope of pilot, resources, project management, approval process.


  • Agree on next steps
